Dan Matta joined the Echelon team as a Project Manager in January of 2008, making the transition from its sister company Schell Brothers where he managed the construction of several communities since 2004. Dan was born and raised in Delaware, and now lives locally in Lewes Beach. Mr. Matta graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Delaware State University, where he went on to teach for 2 years before entering his career with Schell Brothers and the Echelon family. You can still catch Dan sitting the beach on the weekends as a Rehoboth Beach lifeguard, his passion for lifesaving has helped guide the path to his career.
