Tim Green joined the Echelon team in 2008 after working as a project manager in Ocean Atlantic’s Land Development Division for 6 years. Tim was born and raised in Elkton, Maryland but spent many summers vacationing and working along the Delaware beaches. Tim received his bachelor’s degree from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Post graduation, Tim relocated to Rehoboth Beach and co-founded Atlantic Horizons, a local sales and marketing company. Tim is now a member of the project management team at Echelon Custom Homes. As a project manager, Tim is responsible for overseeing all activities related to construction. In addition, he has recently focused his efforts on business development.

Tim was married to Kati in 2003 and they have identical twin boys and a daughter. His entire family enjoys the outdoors and can often be seen relaxing on the beaches of Rehoboth and Dewey. Tim’s passions in life are family, friends and exercise.
