The purpose of this office is to create a downtown presence as well as increase foot traffic.Penny Lane Sales/Idea Center won the Rehoboth Beach Town & Cottage Award. In early 2009 this sales center was recognized by the Home Builders Association of Delaware and received the prestigious Regal Award for the Best Sales Office for a Builder.
